- 1You order your translation · and tell us it must be notarized
- 2We translate and certify it · a translator reviews and signs it
- 3We deliver it notarized · ready for your paperwork
Unnotarized translationWith notarial certificate
Illustrative sample with made-up data. A Florida notary public is not an attorney and does not give legal advice.
Let's clear this up. Some offices don't just ask for a certified translation: they ask for it notarized. Notarization attests to the signature on the translation's certification; it doesn't change or validate the content of the document. We take care of everything and deliver your translation already notarized. Important: we only notarize translations made by Traducasa. We don't notarize other documents or clients' signatures.
Who it is for
For anyone who needs to submit a notarized translation: consulates, schools, banks, courts or offices in another country that ask for it that way, and as a step before the apostille when the other country requires it.
What’s included
- Notarization of your translation's certification
- A check that your translation is complete before it is notarized
- Your notarized translation on paper: pick it up in Doral by appointment or we mail it to you
- A clear delivery date
What’s not included
- Notarizing documents or signatures that are not part of a Traducasa translation.
- Drafting documents or legal advice.
- Validating the content of the original document: notarization attests to a signature.
- Mail delivery, which is added to the quote if you ask for it.
How your investment is calculated
It's your certified translation plus 10 USD per notarization. Example: a 1-page birth certificate = 25 USD for the translation + 10 USD for the notarization = 35 USD. If you ask for mail delivery, we add it to the quote before we start. The price we give you is the price you pay.
You can add: Apostille and legalization | Extra printed copies (5 USD each) | Mail within the US (15 USD, or 25 USD with tracking)
