Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms explain how we work with you when you use traducasa.com, request a quote, place an order or book an appointment. By using the website or our services, you accept these terms. If you have questions, write to us before ordering: a real person will answer.

1. Who we are

Traducasa is a translation house operated by Traducasa LLC, with an office at 9831 NW 58th St #134, Doral, FL 33178, United States. Email: info@traducasa.com. Phone and WhatsApp: (786) 695-0502.

2. What we do

We translate documents between Spanish and English (and other languages when we offer them), with a certificate of translation when the service includes it. We also offer related services described on each page of the website, such as interpreting, paperwork or shipping.

3. Quote and price

  • Before we start, we tell you the exact price and delivery time. We do not start working until you accept it.
  • The price depends on the document, the number of words or pages, the language and the urgency. If, when we review the document, we find something different from what you told us, we let you know before going on.
  • Prices on the website are for reference until we send you the quote for your document.

4. Payments

  • You pay on the website with the methods we offer, or as stated in the quote.
  • Payments are processed by the payment company you choose. We do not store your full card number.
  • We start working once the payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. What we ask of you

  • Send us complete, readable documents.
  • Give us correct information: names as they appear on your papers, and an email and phone where we can reach you.
  • Tell us what the translation is for (for example, USCIS, a school or a bank) and whether the institution requires anything special.
  • Review the translation when we deliver it and let us know in time if anything needs correcting.

6. Delivery and corrections

  • We deliver by email, in your website account or as agreed. Delivery times start when we receive the complete document and the payment.
  • If there is a mistake on our part in the translation, we correct it at no cost within 90 days of delivery.
  • A certified translation must be faithful to the original. A change that is not a mistake (for example, writing a name differently from how it appears in the original) is not a correction; when appropriate, we add a translator’s note.

7. Acceptance by other institutions

We produce translations with the format and certification required by institutions such as USCIS. Even so, each institution decides on its own what it accepts. If they ask for something additional, we help you sort it out.

8. Appointments

  • The 10-minute appointment is free and with no obligation. A real person will help you by video call, WhatsApp, phone or at our Doral office.
  • You can change or cancel your appointment with the link in the email, up to 2 hours before. After that, message us on WhatsApp.
  • If you cannot make it, let us know so we can give the time to someone else.

9. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • If you cancel before we start, we refund everything you paid.
  • If you cancel after work has started, we deliver what is done and you pay only for the progress made; we refund the difference.
  • If you ordered same-day delivery and we do not deliver that day, we refund the same-day fee.
  • The state apostille fee, once paid, and mail shipping already sent are not refundable.
  • Refunds go back to the same payment method within 10 business days. Request one on WhatsApp or at info@traducasa.com with your order number.

10. Your account

When you order or book, we may create a website account for you so you can see your orders and appointments. You choose your password and keep it safe. If you notice anything unusual in your account, let us know.

11. Confidentiality and data

Your documents are confidential. Only the team working on your order sees them. How we store and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Connected calendars (Google and others)

Our team may connect their own calendar (for example, Google Calendar) to our booking system. We use it only to see their busy times, create your appointment event and video call link, and move or delete it if you change or cancel. We do not sell or share that data, and each person can disconnect their calendar at any time. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

13. Using the website

Do not use the website to send false or harmful content, or content belonging to someone else without permission, or to try to access areas that are not yours. The texts, design and Traducasa brand are ours; your documents and your translations are yours.

14. Liability

We do our work with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order does not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (mail, institutions or payment companies) or for decisions made by other institutions.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We will first try in good faith to resolve any disagreement with you; if it is not resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders already accepted keep the terms that applied when you placed them.
